About us:
The story of E-Conic Cars began in 1976 when the owner purchased his first E Type – a 1964 FHC. Thus began a hobby that became more and more compelling over the years. Observing the E Type world from numerous angles (restoration, spares and selling of vehicles) it became apparent that owners expectations regarding their cars has changed dramatically over the years. Becoming more discerning, E Type owners use (and enjoy) their cars in different ways. This requires that each car demands different characteristics. Some people enjoy attending car shows with the occassional run down to the pub while others look for every last BHP in order to make that Continental trip more exciting or beat that last track day fastest lap.
It doesn't matter what you are looking for in your E Type - simply enjoying it is all that counts and we can help you achieve that.
Because we understand all our Customers are different, we treat our Customers differently. There is one constant that all our Customers demand - reliability. Your car has to be reliable if you are to have the confidence in using it under all conditions. That is why the upgrades we fit are taken from industry standard, well-proven products. For example, we recently fitted Megajolt Ignition to one of our E Types. This is based mainly on Ford components with the only bespoke components being the wiring loom and various adaptor plates. This way we know that they have been properly, fully tested under all conditions.
